What is the principle behind the loyalty program?
Every euro you spend pampering your collection earns you 5% cashback.
Did I need to create a ProKases account to receive cashback?
Yes, creating a ProKases account is required to receive cashback. Your cashback is recorded directly in your customer account so you can find it and use it on your next orders.
We cannot automatically assign cashback based on your name, email address, or IP address. Therefore, having a ProKases customer account is essential.
How do I use my cashback on the payment page?
On the checkout page, just above the payment information, you’ll find a checkbox labeled “Use my store credit”.
Simply check this box to use your available cashback.
The amount will then be automatically deducted from your order total.
Does cashback work with promotions and promo codes?
Yes! Even if you use a promo code or make a purchase during a promotional period, you continue to receive cashback.
When will my cashback be credited?
Your cashback is automatically credited to your account 24 hours after your order.
There is therefore no need to contact us to request that your cashback be added: everything is fully automated.
Can I accumulate my cashback?
Yes, I would phrase it like this, more cleanly:
Yes! You can absolutely let your cashback accumulate over several orders before using it.
For example:
- Order 1: €2.47
- Order 2: €7.63
- Order 3: €1.63
That makes a total of €11.73 in cashback that you can save and use later on a larger order.
Do I have to use all my cashback at once?
No! You can use all or part of your cashback depending on the amount of your order.
For example, if you have accumulated €14.12 in cashback and place an order for a pack of Toploaders costing €9.90, €9.90 of your cashback will be used.
You will therefore have €4.22 in cashback left in your account, which you can use on a future order.
How long is my cashback valid?
Your cashback is valid for 6 months from the date it is awarded. Each cashback amount therefore has its own expiration date.
For example:
- Order on January 1 → €2.47 in cashback
- Order on March 1 → an additional €7.63 in cashback
- Order on May 1 → an additional €1.63 in cashback
If you place another order after July 1, the €2.47 earned on January 1 will have expired. However, you can still use the €7.63 from March 1 and the €1.63 from May 1, as this cashback was earned more recently.
👉 Each cashback amount therefore expires individually 6 months after the date it is awarded.
